We strongly recommend setting up card alerts for your Visa® Check Card. To enable them, log into your Freedom Bank account online and navigate to the Manage Cards tab.
You can opt to receive a text, email notification, or both any time your card has been used or an authorization has been made. Card alerts are a valuable tool for preventing fraud. When you’re sitting at home and get a notification that your card has been used at a store or gas station, you’ll know immediately to use Online Banking to shut down your card and contact us for a new one.
Fingerprint or facial recognition isn’t just a convenient way to access your Freedom Bank accounts—it’s highly secure. Unlike a password, your unique fingerprint and face can’t be stolen.
Fingerprint Login is a quick and easy way to log into our Freedom Bank mobile app. To enroll, just enable Touch ID and open the app on your Apple® device (iPhone 5S or later) or Android™ device, select the option to set up fingerprint login, and follow the prompts to register your fingerprint. Fingerprints are encrypted and on your device only.
With Facial Recognition Login, you can access the Freedom Bank mobile app with a simple glance at your phone screen. Enable Face ID on your Apple® device (iPhone 11 or later, iPad Pro) or Android™ device, tap the face icon on the login screen of the Freedom Bank mobile app, then follow the prompts to enable Facial Recognition Login.
Schedule one-time or recurring payments for your utility bills, credit card bills, loan payments, and more. Just enter your payee’s information and account number, pick a payment amount and schedule, and stop worrying about missing payments. For individuals, you can even send payments to them without knowing their account information. Simply enter their email address, and “invite” them to the payment.
